The property is in a strategic position, a few steps from the Whitaker Foundation Park, via Dante and the Palermo Lolli station, from which it is possible to reach the historic center in just over 10 minutes.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (4-burner gas hob, fridge, capsule coffee machine, oven, microwave, wine glasses, kitchenware), flat-screen TV, dining table and double sofa bed;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and INTERNAL BATHROOM (shower box, sink, bidet and toilet);
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and flat-screen TV;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

The apartment is located in a central area of ​​Palermo, characterized by all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies) and a short distance from the Capo market. A few steps away it is possible to find the park of the Withaker foundation, one of the most notable examples of a private garden built in Sicily in the second half of the nineteenth century. In about 15 minutes on foot you can reach the historic center and the main points of interest, but it is also possible to use public transport that stops near the Palermo Lolli station.
