The accommodation is located in a renovated historic building and is equipped with all comforts, including a comfortable balcony with a small glimpse of the sea and the square. The location is enviable: just 30 meters from the beautiful beach of Arma di Taggia, it is located in the heart of the town center, with all services, bars and restaurants under the house.

The accommodation is located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION, you need to climb the stairs to access it.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- KITCHEN with dining table and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and traditional oven;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa and smart TV
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and internal BATHROOM equipped with toilet, bidet and shower box
- BEDROOM II with double bed and wardrobe
- BEDROOM III with French bed (one and a half square) and clothes rack
- BATHROOM II equipped with wc, bidet and shower box
- SMALL BALCONY with a small glimpse of the sea, equipped with a small table and two stools.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Taggia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22th to March 23th.
