The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, 40 inch smart TV, armchair and dining table;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (2 burners), fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, wine glasses and kitchenware;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, desk and flat-screen TV;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, clothes hanger, desk and flat-screen TV;
- BATHROOM I with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (split in the two bedrooms and in the living room), washer/dryer, soundproof windows, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.

The apartment is located in heart of Palermo, in the center of the Arab Norman route declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. From the apartment you can reach all the main points of interest on foot, admiring the historical-artistic soul of the city: Piazza Pretoria, Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral, Martorana and San Cataldo Churches and the famous historical markets of Ballarò, Capo and Vucciria, testimony of the various cultures that have followed one another in Palermo. Walking on foot you'll get lost among the historic palaces of the Palermo nobility and known all over the world, such as Palazzo Gangi (the famous Palazzo del Gattopardo), Palazzo Pretorio, Palazzo Alliata di Villafranca and Palazzo Mirto.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines which arrive at the Central Station. Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible reach the apartment comfortably on foot in just over 10 minutes. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the accommodation by bus n. 101, 102 or 124 to the “Roma - Vucciria” stop, a 2-minute walk from the property.

- For those traveling by car, please pay attention, the property is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL in Italian). It is possible to park for a fee at the car park in Piazza Parlatoio, a 2-minute walk from the property.
