The property is just a 10-minute walk from Lungomare Barcellona and 1.7 km from Alghero Port. Area served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy.

The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and two balconies.

The interior space is composed as follows:

- BEDROOMS 2 with bunk bed (two singles), a single bed, wardrobe;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, table and chairs, TV, split A/C, balcony;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, oven, electric kettle, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet;
- 2 BALCONIES.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, laundry, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, air conditioning ONLY via split A/ C.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26 ºC for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature should not exceed 19 ºC. The ignition period and the daily ignition time depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.
Alghero Climatic Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March.

N.B. complete the registration and pay the Tourist Tax is REQUIRED to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

For check-in from 21:30 to 01:30 there will be a surcharge, payable in cash on arrival, according to the following:

Check-in after 01:30 is not possible, even for a fee

Early check-in (before 2pm) will only be possible if there are no other guests checking out on the same day, and therefore it can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.

The accommodation is located in a strategic position between the historic city centre and the beaches. In fact, the old town is within walking distance with a pleasant walk that flanks the promenade in about 20 minutes. The beaches are in front of the property.
The property is situated in an area served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.
Alghero Station is just a 9-minute walk from the property, connecting the tourist town to the town of Sassari.
Alghero is the most characteristic tourist center of the western coast of Northern Sardinia, characterized by solitary coves and small bays with white sandy beaches on an emerald green sea.
The historic center is one of the most interesting and fascinating of Sardinia and for those arriving in Alghero is a must.
The city’s beach is the great beach of Lido San Giovanni but to reach all the other many beautiful beaches you have to head north - beyond the Lido di San Giovanni - in the direction of the village of Fertilia, where the beautiful dunes of Maria Pia are located.
Continuing north towards Porto Conte, you can reach the beach of Bombarde and the beach of Lazzaretto, the latter characterized by the famous tower (1600) and the beautiful coves with transparent water.
