Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26 ºC for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature should not exceed 19 ºC. The ignition period and the daily ignition time depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.
Alghero Climatic Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March.
N.B. complete the registration and pay the Tourist Tax is REQUIRED to receive the instructions and access the apartment.
For check-in from 21:30 to 01:30 there will be a surcharge, payable in cash on arrival, according to the following:

The accommodation is located in a strategic position between the historic city centre and the beaches. In fact, the old town is within walking distance with a pleasant walk that flanks the promenade in about 20 minutes. The beaches are in front of the property.

Alghero Station is just a 9-minute walk from the property, connecting the tourist town to the town of Sassari.

Continuing north towards Porto Conte, you can reach the beach of Bombarde and the beach of Lazzaretto, the latter characterized by the famous tower (1600) and the beautiful coves with transparent water.
