The accommodation consists of a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, coffee machine, kettle, oven, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining table;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, smart TV, desk, mini fridge and INTERNAL BATHROOM (with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet);
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, smart TV, desk, mini fridge;
- BEDROOM III with two single beds, wardrobe and smart TV;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the two double bedrooms), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in.

The accommodation is located in a strategic position, a few steps from the Capuchin Catacombs and the Monastery of the same name, in an area characterized by all the main services. The majestic Palazzo dei Normanni is a 15-minute walk away; all the main attractions of the center can be reached on foot or by public transport.

- Palazzo della Zisa: 13 minutes on foot;
- Norman Palace: 15 minutes on foot;
- Cathedral: 20 minutes on foot.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by train, continuing to "Palermo Palazzo Reale-Orleans" station, about 15 minutes on foot from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus with line 109 to "Indipendenza - Palazzo Reale" stop, from which it is possible to take line 327 to "Cappuccini Quarto dei Mille" stop, a 2-minute walk from the property.

- If you travel by car, it is possible to park for a fee near the property (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable).
