The location is enviable: just 450 meters from the seafront and a few steps from the historic center and the Petruzzelli theatre, it is the perfect solution for any type of stay.

The 85 sqm accommodation is located on the eighth and last floor of a building equipped with a concierge and lift (there are 7 steps to access it).

The internal space is made up as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle and traditional oven
- Living room with dining table, sofas, split A/C and 55" smart TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, split A/C, chest of drawers and wardrobe

- Toilet I equipped with wc, bidet and shower box
- Toilet II equipped with wc, bidet and shower box
- Large terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with deckchairs, table and chairs.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, independent heating, mosquito nets, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

In this structure check-in is carried out in automated access mode. Further information will be provided at the time of booking.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Bari is a city that captures not only the eyes of travellers, but also the palate, with its street food and typical Apulian dishes: from "sgagliozze" to fried panzerotto, from raw fish (mussels, oysters, octopus) to broad beans, from Bari-style raw ham to orecchiette with turnip greens. It is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban gathering for young people and adults, thanks to the presence of trendy and sought-after clubs, but not only that, as it also offers many attractions to culture-loving tourists. There are many events and shows such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and above all the Fiera del Levante, an international trade fair, which takes place in September. The Fair aims to encourage exchanges between East and West, of which Bari is traditionally the most available meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: in just 5 minutes on foot you can easily reach the seafront and in 10 minutes the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market . All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: food shops, bars and pharmacies are in fact within 200 metres.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment in about 45 minutes by taking bus line 16 to the "Bari Centrale" stop, 700m from the accommodation.

- FROM BARI CENTRAL STATION: the apartment can be reached on foot in 10 minutes (700 m).

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to leave the car for a fee at the Gestipark Battisti, in Via Scipione Crisanzio 1/B, 300 meters from the accommodation.
