Before Sunset Appealing Apartment with Terrace

Beautiful and roomy apartment on two levels and located in a very central position, outside the restricted traffic zone but a few steps from the historic center of Ostuni, in an area equipped with every essential service. The accommodation has all the comforts to accommodate up to 4 people with great ease, having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony and a furnished terrace from which you can see the sea and the city, perfect for unmissable moments of relaxation.

The 105 sqm accommodation is located on the first floor of a building without a lift, with an independent entrance from the street, and is divided into several levels. We therefore note the presence of two flights of stairs.

The internal space is divided as follows.

On the first floor, after climbing a flight of 15 steps, we find:
- Eat-in kitchen with dining table, split A/C and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, toaster, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room with sofa and TV
- Bedroom with double bed, clothes hanger in niche and split A/C
- Toilet with wc and shower box
- Balcony.

On the second floor, after climbing 10 high steps, we find:
- Bedroom with double bed, open wardrobe, split A/C and internal bathroom with wc, bidet and shower
- Terrace with sea and city views, equipped with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and deckchairs.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

ATTENTION: please note the presence of two external video surveillance cameras for security reasons, one on the terrace and one at the entrance to the accommodation.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The keys will be collected from 15.00 to 21.00 in our office in Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

After 21.00, check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following supplements:
- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

The city tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be charged in cash, for the first 5 nights, as provided by the municipality of Ostuni.

Ostuni is located in the province of Brindisi at more than 200 meters above the sea, in Murgia, and it's one of the most renowned cities in Salento.
The White City is named after the color of a large part of its buildings, mostly in the historical center. In the past, because of the plague, the walls of the houses were covered with lime, in order to make them antiseptic. Hence the characteristic white color that makes Ostuni unique and iconic.

The historical center of Ostuni, called by its inhabitants as "La Terra", is characterized by a maze of winding roads, little squares and gardens, alleys and glimpses of the Adriatic sea.
The lower part of the city is surrounded by the old city wall, where the only two still intact entrances are located: Porta Nova and Porta San Demetrio.
On top of the hill you can find the Cathedral, with its large rose window divided in 24 parts, Palazzo Vescovile and the old Seminario.

Another place of interest is the Museum of Preclassic Civilizations of the Southern Murgia, where the cast of a pregnant woman, Delia, who lived 25.000 years ago and was found in a cave near the city in 1991, is preserved.
Among the most interesting exhibits there are pottery and ornaments, flints, stone tools, from the paleolithic till the age of the metals.

One of the main attraction for tourists in Apulia is definitely the coast of Ostuni, where you can find Rosa Marina, Monticelli and Costa Merlata beach areas.

The accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. It is possible to park for a fee at Ostuni Parcheggio, located in Via Antonio Specchia 43, 450 meters from the accommodation.
