Bella Ma' Enjoyable Apartment

Cozy apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people and equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The accommodation is located in the upper district of Salerno, served by shops and essential services such as a pharmacy and post office, a stone's throw from the Teatro Delle Arti and a few minutes from the motorway and ring road exit. The city center and the seafront can be reached in 10/15 minutes on foot or in a few minutes by public transport.

The 55 sqm accommodation is located on the first floor of a building with a lift (there are 2 steps before reaching it) and is made up as follows:

- Kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and electric kettle
- Living room with queen-size sofa bed, dining table and TV
- Bedroom with double bed, open wardrobe and desk
- Toilet with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, two fans, mosquito nets, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Salerno Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check-in after 00:00, not even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Early check-in (before 14 am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day and can, therefore, be confirmed only a few days before arrival.

The apartment is located in a semi-central area, just a 10-minute walk from Irno station, in an area full of all the comforts you need during your stay: shops, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and bars.
Reaching the center by public transport or by car, it is possible to admire the still intact medieval historic center, numerous churches, stroll along the seafront and in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main commercial street of the city. Once in Piazza Alfano I it is possible to visit the Cathedral of Salerno and its crypt containing the remains of San Matteo, the most important place in the structure. Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets in Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, a suggestive and ancient road that crosses the whole old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a 17th century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno.
The Villa Comunale of Salerno is the main "Garden" of the city, home to various events during the year such as the traditional "Mostra di Minerva" in the month of April and the renowned event "Luci d'Artista" in the Christmas period, during the which the Villa turns into an enchanted garden.
Among the main points of interest to visit during your stay in Salerno, absolutely not to be missed is the Arechi Castle which overlooks the Gulf of Salerno, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape that goes from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli.

- From Naples airport: you can reach the apartment in approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes via bus line 5000 with the final stop "Via Moscato" a few minutes walk from the accommodation (200 m).

- From Salerno Centrale station: with bus line 050 with final stop "D. Moscato" a few meters from the accommodation.

- By car: street parking is paid on blue lines or free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, you can park for a fee at the "Stella Polare" garage, in Via Giuseppe Avallone 33, a 5-minute walk away.
