Located a short distance from Via Massarenti, the city's vital artery full of useful services, it also guarantees easy access to the ring road, ideal for quick and comfortable travel. The apartment is also located just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, further facilitating access to the various points of interest in the city.

The 45 sqm accommodation is located on the first floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION, you need to climb the stairs to access it.

The internal space is composed as follows:

- LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa bed, split A/C and TV

- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: you can reach the accommodation by regional train to Bologna S. Vitale station, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Otherwise, take bus line 25 from the central station, Mengoli stop and then a 7-minute walk

- FROM THE AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment with the Marconi Express service from the airport to the Central Station and from there by regional train to Bologna S. Vitale station, a 5-minute walk from the apartment, otherwise, once you arrive at the central station, take bus 25 and get to the Mengoli stop, then a 7-minute walk.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Parking on the street is paid on blue lines. Alternatively, you can leave your car for a fee at the Parcheggio Autorimessa Garage S. Orsola, in Via Giuseppe Bentivogli 11/AB, a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.
