Splendid apartment of 70sqm, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the fifth floor of a building with elevator (NOT suitable for disabled).
The property is located in the San Lorenzo area, a district renowned for its bars and nightlife.
If you are traveling by car you can park, for a fee, in the street (blue stripes) or at the Garage Autobruzi, 2 minutes walk from the apartment. We report ZTL summer night from 21:30 to 3:00.

In the building there is a gym, available by reservation.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- BEDROOM: double bed (1.60x1.90mt), large wardrobe, Smart TV "40 inches";
- LIVING ROOM: sofa, Smart TV "65 inches", table with chairs, terrace;
- KITCHENETTE: induction hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, moka, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
- BATHROOM: shower box, bidet, wc and washbasin;
- TERRACE furnished with small table and chairs, washing machine and dryer.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, heating and air conditioning, iron and ironing board, drying rack, soundproofing windows, hairdryer.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in the San Lorenzo area, a university district full of services and attended by students in the evening for the multitude of clubs and nightlife. In about 22 minutes on foot, you can reach the headquarters of the Sapienza University of Rome, as well as the Station of Roma Termini, main hub of public transport underground and surface, thanks to which it is possible to reach all the main points of interest in the Eternal City.
