Spacious apartment ideal for 6 guests and equipped with every comfort, it is in an excellent position and conveniently served by public transport to get around the city, a few steps from the Villa Scassi hospital, the famous Lanterna, the old port, the train station and the Genova Ovest motorway exit.
The space
The apartment of about 120 square meters is located on the third floor of a residential complex with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people).

The internal space is organized as follows:

LIVING ROOM with a sofa, relaxation corner and dining area.
KITCHEN equipped with gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM 1 with double bed and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2 with 2 single beds, wardrobe and a bookcase.
BEDROOM 3 with 2 single beds, a wardrobe and an armchair.
BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, TV, central heating, 3 fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer, three balconies.
Guest access
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
