- KITCHEN with hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, wine glasses and kitchenware;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, armchair, TV and INTERNAL BATHROOM (with shower, sink, bidet and toilet);
- BEDROOM II with double bed, armchair, TV and INTERNAL BATHROOM (with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet);
- BEDROOM III with single bed, TV and clothes hanger;
- RELAXATION AREA with sofas;
- TERRACE (access from the living room and kitchen).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the bedrooms), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

The spa is shared with other accommodations in the building.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ragusa Climatic Zone A: 5 hours a day from December 8th to March 7th.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

EUR 30 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 40 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

At center stage, St. George's Cathedral, with its imposing façade and scenic staircases, is a masterpiece of Baroque architecture. Walking through the alleys, visitors discover hidden squares and panoramic views that extend to the surrounding countryside. Among other points of interest, it is worth mentioning the Ibleo Garden, the oldest in Ragusa; the Palazzo Sortino Trono, a notable example of Baroque residential architecture, with a magnificent entrance portal and elegant wrought iron balconies; the Church of San Giuseppe; and the Portal of San Giorgio.
