Spacious and bright villa with garden, equipped with all comforts to accommodate up to 4 people, as parking and an equipped patio to enjoy pleasant moments of relax. The house is immersed in the peaceful countryside of Ostuni, among olive trees, just 10 minutes' drive from the center and 20 minutes' drive from the sea. A short distance from the property there is also the entrance to the provincial road to reach the other lovely places in the area such as Fasano, Alberobello and Locorotondo.

The 76 sqm villa has a large garden with wood-burning oven, sofas and covered patio equipped with tables and chairs.

The internal space is made up as follows:
- Eat-in kitchen with dining table and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room with sofa, split A/C and TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, clothes rack and split A/C
- Bedroom II with double bed and clothes rack
- Toilet with wc and shower box.

Two uncovered parking spaces are available inside the gate.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, washing machine, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
- The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code. Instructions will be provided at check-in
- To use the oven in the garden you need to buy the wood and the equipment needed to light it, which is NOT supplied
- The fireplace in the living room can NOT be used
- There is an external staircase leading to the roof, be careful if you are traveling with small children.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ostuni Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd

After 21.00, check-in directly at the house is available with the following supplements:
- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

The tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.

Casa Valentina is located in Contrada Santo Scalone of Ostuni, an area immersed in the peaceful Apulian countryside, close to numerous other villas and trulli. We are a short distance from the wonderful Marina di Ostuni, a 20 km long stretch of coast that overlooks a clear sea and is made up of long beaches, sandy coves and low cliffs. The coast also includes Torre San Leonardo, a nature reserve rich in natural habitats, archaeological sites such as the Via Traiana, and farms. In 30 minutes by car you can also reach the protected marine area of ​​Torre Guaceto and the bed of the Morelli River, an area approximately 2 km long located near the beach, with crystal clear sea and seabed that gradually becomes deep. The accommodation is also a 10-minute drive from the center of Ostuni, where the closest essential services such as bars, supermarkets and pharmacies are also located.

The accommodation can be reached by car and has two uncovered parking spaces inside the villa gate.
