Comfortable apartment of 50 sqm, able to accommodate up to 3 people, located on the ground floor of a building near the historic center of Catania. The property is about 15 minutes walk from the station and about 4 minutes walk from the bus stop No. 534 and 935. The location is great for exploring the city on foot or with local public transport.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave and kitchen utensils), single sofa bed and dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed, TV, wardrobe, dresser and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, heating and air conditioning via split (one in the bedroom), washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Availability of a camping cot.

PLEASE NOTE: a step at the entrance of the apartment and a small step to access from the living room to the laundry area.
Heating is provided via split A/C.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documentsand pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 2 per person per night) via our Guest Portal.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The apartment is centrally located, less than 15 minutes on foot from the Central Station and all the main services, including pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Furthermore, with a walk it is possible to reach the main points of interest in the historic center, such as Piazza Duomo and the Cathedral of Sant'Agata, the historic local market, the Benedictine monastery, the Ursino Castle, the Greek-Roman theater, the opera theater Vincenzo Bellini and the homonymous garden. The accommodation is also well served by public transport.
