Comfortable 50 sqm apartment, able to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, located on the second floor of a building with NO lift. The property is located in a quiet area of ​​Aci Castello, just 12 km from Catania and a 10-minute walk from Aci Trezza and the sea with the wonderful stacks of the Cyclops Riviera.
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob - 4 burners, fridge, coffee machine -works with ground coffee-, electric oven and kitchenware), dining table, double sofa bed, 40" TV and access to balcony;
- BALCONY (partial sea view) with external sink, table and chairs;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with tub with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning (split hot/cold in the hallway, between the living room, bathroom and bedroom), independent heating, washing machine (in the hallway), wall safe with key, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

Free parking spaces are also available on the street (NOT guaranteed).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 3 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Aci Castello. People under 14 are exempt).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:30 (half past midnight).

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, If you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:

From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The property is located in Aci Castello, an ancient fishing village located 15 meters above sea level, a few km from Catania. The name Aci Castello derives from the homonymous castle built in 1076 by the Normans on a nearby lava stone hill. The Norman Castle dominates the main square of the town, bordered by a long balcony from which it is possible to admire the sea below and the suggestive Cyclops Riviera. The Mother Church is of particular interest, with remarkable frescoes by Pietro Vasta.
