The internal space
The 107 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a period building with a lift (two steps to access it).

The space is organized as follows:

> LOWER LEVEL
- LIVABLE KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, double dining table and overlooking the internal courtyard;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, desk, 42" TV, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, desk, 42" TV, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM I shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- TWO BALCONIES (accessible from the two bedrooms).

> HIGHER LEVEL
- LIVING ROOM with two chairs, clothes hanger, 32" TV and split A/C;
- BEDROOM III with two single beds, wardrobe and clothes rack;
- BEDROOM IV with double bed;
- BATHROOM II with shower, sink and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, split air conditioning (ONLY in the two bedrooms on the lower level and in the living room on the upper level), two portable fans, mosquito nets, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

ATTENTION. There is an internal staircase between the lower and upper levels (be more careful if you are traveling with children).

Guests' access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in (€2,00 per person per night of stay).

A member of our Team Palermo will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will meet you at the apartment to hand you the keys and they will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay.

The apartment is located near the historic center of Palermo, in an area characterized by all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies) and a short distance from the Central Station. All the main points of interest can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

- Churches of Martorana and San Cataldo: 13 minutes on foot;
- Piazza Pretoria: 14 minutes on foot;
- Palermo Cathedral: 21 minutes on foot;

- Mondello beach: 29 minutes by car / 54 minutes by public transport.

Getting around
- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines or with the regional train to Palermo Central Station.

- From Palermo Central Station, you can reach the apartment comfortably on foot in about 1 minute.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee at the Central Station Parking - Cairoli in Piazza Cairoli, just a 9-minute walk from the property.
