Comfortable 25 sqm apartment in the historic center of Rome, in the Campo Marzio district, just 250 meters from Piazza di Spagna. The accommodation, for 2 people, is located on the first floor of a period building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). There are 10 steps to access the elevator and 2 steps inside the apartment.
The building is located in a Traffic-Restricted Area (ZTL).
The accommodation consists of a living area with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom and a small balcony.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with double bed (1.60 m x1.90m), sofa, dining table and Smart TV;
- KITCHENETTE with gas stove, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, moka, electric kettle, wine glasses and kitchenware;
- BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY (access from the living area) with a chair and a small table.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO THE GUEST: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (one unit in the living area), independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

Switching on and off heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Rome Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

- If you're travelling by CAR, please note that the apartment is located within the A1 City Center Restricted Traffic Area. It is possible to park (for a fee) at Parking Ludovisi, 5-minutes walk from the apartment.
