Gracious and elegant apartment perfect for 4 guests is located a few meters away from the port of Camogli, in the heart of the town, it is very close to the beaches, bars and restaurants, which are located right downstairs.
It is an ideal place to spend a beach holiday and explore all the wonders of the Ligurian Riviera!
The space
The 60 m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift

The internal space is composed as follows:
- Kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen utensils
- Living room equipped with two armchairs, table with chairs and TV
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (which can be split into two single beds) and wardrobe
- Bedroom 2 equipped with a single bed
- Bedroom 3 with a single bed
- Toilet with toilet, bidet and shower

Please note the presence of steps inside the accommodation

ATTENTION: there is a small shared terrace in front of the entrance to the apartment. It is absolutely forbidden to leave luggage, bicycles or other personal belongings on the terrace.

Further services available to guests: WiFi, fan, independent heating with boiler, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional paid changes).
Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
Other things to note
At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Camogli.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
