Cozy apartment of approximately 43 sqm, ideal for 2 people, located on the ground floor of a building without a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people).
The accommodation is located in the Pischina Salida village, in the north-western end of Sardinia, near Capo Caccia, the imposing limestone promontory that overlooks the harbor of Alghero and which, with the other promontory of Punta Giglio , encloses the large bay of Porto Conte.

The internal space
The interior space is composed as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, 32" TV and access to the veranda;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, washing machine, oven, cooking utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe, split A/C;
- BATHROOM 1 with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet;
BATHROOM 2 with shower and toilet;
- VERANDA with dining table, awning, outdoor kitchen with sink, oven, induction plate;
- PRIVATE GARDEN;
- swimming pool, tennis court and communal paddles;
- Access to PRIVATE BEACH.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Shared WIFI, two fans (in the bedroom), mosquito nets (in the living room and in the bedroom), washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board, air conditioning (bedroom).

SWIMMING POOL, PADDLE COURT AND COMMUNAL TENNIS:
Open from 31 May to 29 September, from 9:00 to 19:00.
There is a caretaker.
Registration to the Club Capo Caccia: 5€ per person (over 14 years).

ATTENTION. Please note that the tennis and paddle courts are on request and reservation.

PLEASE NOTE. There is no heating.

There are steps in the veranda, between the dining area and the garden.

Guests' access
Guests will have full access to all the areas of the house, and there are no shared spaces.

Other details to be noted
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the town of Alghero equal to EUR 1.00 or 0.50 cent, depending on the season.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send infos to the police service "Alloggiati Web" wich is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26 ºC for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature should not exceed 19 ºC. The ignition period and the daily ignition time depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.
Alghero Climatic Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March.

N.B. complete the registration and pay the Tourist Tax is REQUIRED to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 10 pm.

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

Description of the area
The apartment is located within the village of Pischina Salida, approximately 20.9 km from the center of Alghero, on the western coast of Sardinia.
The hamlet overlooks the wonderful beach of Cala Calcina, within the Bay of Porto Conte. Pischina Salida overlooks the turquoise and crystalline waters of the Coral Riviera and its enviable position allows you to visit the Marine Protected Area of ​​Capo Caccia–Isola Piana, a nature reserve of considerable interest and a paradise for snorkelling lovers.
Together with Capo Caccia, Pischina Salida is one of the most popular destinations: surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and lush vegetation, this place is the ideal starting point for visiting the most famous beaches of Alghero such as Le Bombarde, the Lazzaretto, the Maria Pia and Cala Mugoni.
In this place you can take a wonderful boat tour of the coves surrounding Punta Quadro, and in the evening enjoy a walk along the stalls of Lido San Giovanni, in Alghero.
From Pischina Salida you can also reach the archaeological sites of the Palmavera nuraghe and the Anghelu Ruju necropolis, as well as the most beautiful monuments of Alghero, namely the Torre della Pegna and the Torre di Porta Terra.

Getting around
- From Alghero Airport (connected all year round with numerous national and international destinations), it is possible to reach the apartment by bus line 714 from the "Fertilia Airport" stop (about 3 minutes on foot), up to the "Fertilia Piazza Venezia Giulia". From here, you need to take bus line 9321 to get off at the "Capo Caccia Villette" stop, just a 2-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can reach the apartment by car in approximately 23 minutes (20 km).

- From Alghero station it is possible to reach the property from the "Alghero La Pietraia" stop (4 minutes on foot) where you can take bus line 9321 and get off at the "Capo Caccia Villette" stop, just 2 minutes walk from the property.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park on the street for free on white lines (NOT guaranteed).
