The accommodation is located in Montesilvano, 3.6 km away from the station. The apartment is located in front of a pine forest beyond which the wonderful seafront extends.
The accommodation is ideal for families and consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and covered balcony.

The internal space
The 60 sqm apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people).

The space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, moka, kettle, electric oven, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, table with chair and access to the covered balcony;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, desk, split A/C and access to the covered balcony;
- BEDROOM II with four single bunk beds, wardrobe, split A/C and access to the covered balcony;
- BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet;
- COVERED BALCONY with dining table and bench/sofa.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket WIFI, independent heating, split air conditioning, washing machine (in the kitchen), hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE. There is no TV.

ATTENTION: Air conditioning is provided ONLY via split A/C (in the two bedrooms).

Other details to be noted
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pescara Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pescara for the first 7 nights, equal to € 1.00 per person per night. Children under 12 and adults over 70 are exempt.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22.00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check in after 00:00, even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Description of the area
Montesilvano is a vibrant town located in the Abruzzo region on Italy's Adriatic coast. With its magnificent beach, it is a popular destination for tourists seeking relaxation and sun. The city is also known for its waterfront, ideal for scenic walks and jogging. Among the places of interest, do not miss the Torre di Montesilvano, a medieval watchtower located on the Montesilvano Colle hill, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city and the sea. Another point of interest is the Museum of the People of Abruzzo, where you can learn about the culture and history of the region. Furthermore, in the surrounding area, you can visit the Pineta di Santa Filomena nature reserve, a green oasis perfect for a walk immersed in nature.
The apartment is located in front of a pine forest and beyond is the seafront. All essential services are within a short distance: bars, supermarket and pharmacy are within 850 metres.

Getting around
- From Abruzzo International Airport: you can reach the apartment comfortably by taxi in 13 minutes (10.1 km).

- From Montesilvano station it is possible to reach the apartment from the "Montesilvano-Corso Umberto Civico 10" stop, just 2 minutes on foot, where you can take the Tua Spa bus - PE-PN line" and then get off at the "Pescara- Via SS16 Nord", just 6 minutes walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, the property has outdoor parking on site, suitable for both SUVs and small cars. To access it you need to go through gates.
Alternatively, you can park for free on the street near the building (NOT guaranteed).
