Roomy 50 sqm apartment for 4 people on the island of Lido di Venezia. The accommodation is located on the ground floor and offers a large garden with a veranda.

The apartment is situated in a quiet and residential area, characterized by gardens and liberty-style villas. With public transport, the main beaches can be reached in 10 minutes.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room with a kitchenette.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with 1 single bed, 1 pull-out single bed and wardrobe;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, 32-inch TV, dining table and chairs;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, moka, toaster, kitchenware and wine glasses;
- BATHROOM I with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and WC;
- BATHROOM II with a small bathtub, sink, and WC;
- STORAGE ROOM (external) with washing machine and freezer;
- VERANDA (external) with dining table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (one split at the entrance), independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

The Lido of Venice is a charming, narrow island located opposite the island of Venice, separating the Venetian Lagoon from the open sea. It is famous for its sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, as well as its elegant Liberty-style hotels, refined restaurants, expansive gardens, and historic villas. Additionally, the Lido plays a crucial role as the venue for the Venice International Film Festival, one of the most prestigious cinematic events in the world, attracting filmmakers, actors, and enthusiasts each year.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, well-connected to other parts of the island. With public transportation, it takes just 10 minutes to reach Piazzale Santa Maria Elisabetta, where water buses to the city of Venice depart. The vaporetto takes about 15 minutes to reach Venice, 45 minutes to Murano (with a change), and 50 minutes to Burano.
The beaches, both free and paid, are a 10-minute walk away.

- From Venice "Santa Lucia" STATION, you can reach Lido island by vaporetto in about 45 minutes. From Lido S.M.E., take public transportation to reach the apartment (about 10 minutes). The nearest stop is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation.

- If you rent a CAR, there are free parking spaces (not reservable) along the street.
