Cozy 38 sqm apartment, for 2 people, located on the third floor of a building with NO lift (steps to access). The accommodation is located in a strategic position, between the Politeama Theater and the Port, and constitutes an excellent starting point to reach all the main points of interest in the city.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small balcony.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, oven and kitchenware), dining table, armchairs and access to the small balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pump (split in the living room), washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.

The apartment is located in a strategic position, between the Port of Palermo and the Politeama Garibaldi Theatre, in a quiet area but characterized by all the main services (restaurants, bars, supermarkets). Walking through the streets of the city and thanks to public transport it is possible to easily reach the main points of interest of the city: the Palermo Cathedral, the Palatine Chapel, the Capuchin Catacombs, the Quattro Canti and the Praetorian Fountain. In the center it is possible to find characteristic restaurants, bars and pastry shops where you can fully enjoy the culinary tradition characteristic of the city and the region.

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus n. 101 to "Roma Belmonte" stop (8 stops), a 5-minute walk from the property.

- If you travel by car, the parking space is not included; however, it is possible to park for a fee at Tumminello Parking in Via E. Amari, 101, a 5-minute walk from the property.
