Cosy apartment of 80 sqm, sleeping up to 4 people, on the 1st floor of a building with LIFT (some steps to access it).
The apartment is located in an elegant residential area, close to the Vatican City, St. Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo; the district is well served by public transport, the Metro A (stop Ottaviano-San Pietro) is just 5 minutes walk from the property.
The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The interior space is organised as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, double sofa bed (1.40x1.90), smart TV, coffee table, desk, table with chairs, air conditioner;
- KITCHEN with gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, mocha coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, blender, electric kettle, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils, table with chairs;
- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60x1.90), bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, portable air conditioner;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (1 air conditioner in the living room; 1 portable air conditioner in the bedroom), fan, clothes rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

ATTENTION:
- there are STEPS to access the lift;
- elevated access to shower stall;

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The flat is located in the Prati district, a neighbourhood of Rome that lies on the right side of the Tiber River. The area, although quiet, is animated by the presence of numerous restaurants, bars and clubs, supermarkets and shops of all kinds.
St Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Borgo district can be reached on foot. So are Piazza Risorgimento and Via Cola di Rienzo, a well-known shopping street that is particularly lively in the evenings.
About 2 km away, connected by a straight and level road, are the Olympic Stadium and the Foro Italico, which host concerts as well as sports competitions. On the other side of the Tiber River is the Auditorio Parco della Musica.
The city's other monuments and sights can be easily reached by metro thanks to the proximity of the Ottaviano metro station (line A), which is only a 5-minute walk from the flat. This also makes the connection to Termini station easy.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station by shuttle bus service. From here it is possible to take the metro line A to the stop of "Ottaviano" (6 stops), 5 minutes on foot from the property.

- From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the train to the "Roma Termini" stop, from where it is possible to take the metro line A to the "Ottaviano" stop (6 stops), 5 minutes on foot from the property.

- From Roma Termini Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the metro line A to the "Ottaviano" stop (6 stops), 5 minutes on foot from the property.
