The interior space is arranged as follows:

- KITCHEN with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dining table, kettle, combined microwave oven, and kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM with a double bed, wardrobe, and access to a French balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC;
- FRENCH BALCONY.

FURTHER AMENITIES FOR GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning via split unit (in the living room), washer-dryer, drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

There is a step to access both the bathroom and the shower.
