The accommodation of approximately 65 m2 is located on the mezzanine floor of an elegant building (please note the presence of stairs at the entrance) and is composed as follows:
KITCHEN CORNER: equipped with fridge, freezer, gas hob, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, Lavazza coffee machine with pods, moka and kitchen utensils
LIVING AREA: with relaxation corner, queen sofa bed and TV
BEDROOM 1: with a queen bed, desk and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2: with queen bed, built-in wardrobe and a desk
BATHROOM: equipped with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle.
Additional services available to guests: unlimited free WiFi, air conditioning (3 split), washer/dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board, central heating with thermovalves, hairdryer
Possibility of finding free street parking (NOT guaranteed).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
