The accommodation is located in the historic centre of Matera, characterised by its ancient ‘Sassi’ and a charming environment; a convenient location for exploring the city's main tourist attractions.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms (one on a loft), a bathroom and a terrace.

The interior space is organised as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHEN CORNER (methane hob, coffee machine, electric kettle, moka coffee maker, oven, refrigerator with freezer and various cooking utensils) with table and chairs, two sofas, coffee table, TV, mirror, fireplace (not usable).
- BEDROOM 1 (steps to access) with two single sofa beds, wardrobe, table with chairs, fancover, fan.
- BEDROOM 2 ON LOFT (steps to access and overlooking living room) with double bed, armchair, clothes stand, fancover, fan.
- BATHROOM I with shower, 2 basins, bidet and WC.
- TERRACE (access from the living room).

FURTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: unlimited wifi, independent heating (radiator and fancover), 2 fans, clothes rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

ATTENTION:
- stairs are reported to access: flat entrance; bedroom 1; bedroom 2 on mezzanine.
- bedroom 2 on mezzanine has no door and is not acoustically isolated from the rest of the house.
- the FIREPLACE in the living room is a furnishing element and is NOT usable.
- NO AIR CONDITIONING (but presence of 2 fans in the flat).
- the accommodation is located in a ZTL area.

The area also offers shops, typical restaurants and cafés, making it an ideal place to explore the history and culture of the city.
