Lumionso apartment located in an elegant period building and equipped with all the comforts to accommodate two people. The apt is located in the central area (ZTL), less than 500m from Palazzo d'Accursio near the Quadrilatero, in a neighborhood characterized by arcaded streets and ancient buildings. It is also located a few steps from Piazza Maggiore, one of the most beautiful squares in Italy, and from the central pedestrian area, lined with typical restaurants, trattorias and shopping streets.

The 65m2 accommodation is located on the second floor of a building without a lift: ATTENTION, you need to climb the stairs to access it.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- KITCHENETTE equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, microwave and traditional oven;
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa, split A/C and smart TV;
- ROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and shower.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

N.B.: the accommodation is located in the ZTL area and access is only permitted with the payment of a daily ticket.

The apartment is located in a very central position, excellent for a complete visit of the city and its surroundings. Palazzo Fava, Piazza Maggiore, the two towers, San Petronio and the university area are certainly worthy of a careful visit during your stay. The hilly areas of Villa Ghigi and San Luca are exceptional for admiring a breathtaking view of Bologna and relaxing in nature.

- Basilica of San Petronio: 7 minutes on foot;

All the essential services are close at hand: bars, pharmacy and supermarket can be found within 350 meters.

- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: you can take bus no. 21 in Piazza Medaglie d'Oro to the "Piazza Malpighi" stop, a few minutes from the apartment.

- FROM THE AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment with the Marconi Express service from the airport to the central station, from which it is possible to take bus no. 21 in Piazza Medaglie d'Oro to the "Piazza Malpighi" stop, a few minutes from the apartment.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: ATTENTION, the apartment is in a restricted traffic zone and cannot be reached by car. A day pass is required to access the ZTL. We would like to point out the paid parking on Via Barberia, a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
