Comfy villa located in Monopoli, able to accommodate up to 5 people and perfect for families looking for comfort and fun. The villa is immersed in the green hamlet of Virbo, just a 15-minute drive from Castellana Grotte and the center of Monopoli. In the large garden there is a hydromassage tub, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventures, a wood-burning oven, games for children and furniture to enjoy unmissable moments of relaxation. Parking spaces included!

The 80 m2 villa has an independent entrance and a large garden with two covered parking spaces.

The internal space is made up as follows:
- Eat-in kitchen with dining table, TV, split A/C and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, kettle, microwave and traditional oven;
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan
- Bedroom II with two single beds and wardrobe
- Bedroom III with a single bed and wardrobe
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower cubicle
- Service bathroom with wc and washing machine

The large garden has:
- Covered patio equipped with swing, wood-burning oven, barbecue and dining area with table and chairs
- Hydromassage tub (capacity 4 people) and umbrella
- Realx area covered by pergola, with hammock and sofas
- Play area with tennis/volley net, soccer goal and basketball hoop.

Additional services available to guests: Pocket WIFI MAXIMUM 180 gigabytes, outdoor shower, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
- The fireplace in the kitchen is NOT usable
- The tap water is NOT drinkable: 60 meters from the villa there is a fountain where you can stock up on fresh drinking water
- AIR CONDITIONING present ONLY in the kitchen
- There is a step in the garden to access the area with the hydromassage tub

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Monopoli for the first 14 nights, equal to € 1.00 per person per night.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Monopoli Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

The accommodation is located in Contrada Virbo, one of the most beautiful districts of Monopoli, just 15 minutes drive from the sea, about 45 km from Bari-Palese airport and 50km from Brindisi airport. Thanks to its position you can easily reach the towns of Alberobello with its characteristic trulli, Conversano with its majestic castle, the caves of Castellana, the picturesque Polignano a Mare, the seaside resort "Capitolo" and of course the beautiful historic center and the suggestive coves and beaches of Monopoli, whose sea has often won the Blue Flag.
The villa is surrounded by greenery and surrounded by olive trees. Essential services such as bars, groceries and pharmacies are just few minutes away by car.

The most convenient way to reach the accommodation is by car. The villa has two covered parking spaces inside the garden. Street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed).
