Located on the first floor, with elevator (not suitable for disabled people), of a building in San Lorenzo neighborhood, the studio is about 15 minutes walk away from Santa Maria Novella train station and from Duomo. The building is on the border of the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, please pay attention to the access. It is possible to park (for a fee) at Garage Indipendenza, two minutes walk away from the property.

The studio has a bathroom with shower, double bed (two single beds pushed together), dining table and kitchenette equipped with two electric hobs, compact fridge, kettle and moka.

The studio is located within Piazza Indipendenza area, few minutes walk from "Giardino della Fortezza", and is the best solution to visit the city and its main points of interest comfortably on foot or by public transportation. Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral and Santa Maria Novella Train Station are 15 minutes away on foot. The area is quiet and is perfect for fully enjoying the cultural, architectural and gastronomic beauties of Florence while staying away from the historic center chaos.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

It will be possible to collect the keys to access this apartment at a Radical Storage collection point near the accommodation, by showing the code that you will receive by email the evening before check-in. In order to receive the email with the address of the collection point and the collection code, it is essential that you have completed the online check-in procedure via our Guest Portal no later than 11:00 am on the day before check-in.

The collection of keys at the collection point can take place from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm on the day of check-in.
The return of the keys to the collection point must take place no later than 11:00 on the day of check-out.
Under no circumstances should the keys be left in the apartment upon departure.

PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

A surcharge applies for arrivals for check-ins after 21:00:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
