Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the bus to the "Viale Campania Viale Corsica" stop. Here, change and reach the "Viale Romagna Piazzale Piola M2" stop. Finally, change again and reach the "Via Leoncavallo Via Mancinelli" stop, a few minutes' walk from the property.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express service to the "Milano Cadorna" station. Here, take the metro line 1 (RED) to the "Rovereto" stop, about 13 minutes' walk from the property.

- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the metro line M2 (Green) to the "Udine" stop, about 14 minutes' walk from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, parking is not included. However, you can park for a fee at the "Garage Mamiani" garage in via Privata Terenzio Mamiani 3/A, a few minutes' walk from the property.
