Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Bari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from 22 November to 23 March.

- From Bari Karol-Wojtyla Airport you can reach the accommodation in just over an hour, taking one of the shuttle services that connects the airport to Bari Central Station and continuing as indicated above.

- If you travel by car, the property has a reserved parking space, uncovered and also suitable for large vehicles.
