The space
The 75 m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a characteristic period building NOT equipped with a lift.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, pod coffee machine, moka, electric kettle and kitchen utensils.
- Living area with double sofa bed, dining area and TV.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed and wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2 equipped with a single bed.
- Bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower.
- Private patio furnished with table, chairs, umbrella.

Additional services available to guests: unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (2 splits - in the living area and in the double bedroom), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
Guest access
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note
7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.
