The location is strategic, it is located in a pedestrian area just 50 meters from Piazza Castello in the heart of the historic center of Turin. A few steps away are the main sites of cultural interest, from the Mole to the Roman quadrilateral, from Piazza San Carlo to the Egyptian Museum. Easily reachable on foot from the Porta Nuova and Porta Susa stations.

The internal space is an open space and is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, armchair, smart TV, wardrobe, coat rack;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, bedside tables and armchair;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, mini fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, wine glasses and kitchen utensils;
- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Located in the heart of the city, in the elegant Quadrilatero Romano, known to the people of Turin only as “Il Quadrilatero”, the most elegant neighborhood and the true historic center of Turin, characterized by narrow, cobbled streets, full of shops, restaurants and after-dinner venues. The most important street that crosses the neighborhood and on which the building is located is Via Garibaldi, a pedestrian area and the second shopping street after Via Roma, which in a few steps leads to Piazza Castello, one of the jewels of Piedmontese architecture.

The location of the apartment is perfect for treating yourself to a few days discovering Turin and its many beauties. Immersed in a lively and energetic context, you will find countless restaurants, bars, cafes and other refreshment points ready to welcome you at any time of the day and many shops where you can find basic necessities or where you can dedicate yourself to a bit of shopping!
The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the main shopping streets of the city, which in a few meters will take you to Piazza Castello. It is also located a few steps from the Porta Palatina, with its lovely park behind it, from the Archaeological Park of the Palatine Towers, from the Superior Royal Gardens.
In just under 10 minutes on foot you will be at the Mole Antonelliana, the Cinema Museum, the Egyptian Museum, Piazza Vittorio and Piazza San Carlo.

Take bus N°11 and get off at the "Garibaldi" stop, a 2-minute walk from the property or a 10/15-minute walk;

- From Porta Susa Station:
Take bus N°19 and get off at the "Garibaldi" stop, a 2-minute walk from the property or a 10/15-minute walk;

- From Caselle Airport:
Take the "Arriva-268" bus to the "TO-Corso Bolzano 42 (Porta Susa)" stop. From here, reach the "Porta Susa Cap" stop (3 minutes on foot), take bus No. 19 and get off at the "Garibaldi" stop, a 2-minute walk from the property;
