The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, moka, toaster, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils), dining table, desk, sofa and Smart TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed (140 x 190 cm) and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM on the mezzanine with bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (split in the living room), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The mezzanine area (including the bathroom) has a height of 1.60 m.
- There are several steps outside inside the property, including the staircase that leads to the sleeping area: children NOT allowed.
- Be careful of the step between the living room and the kitchenette.
- The sleeping area on the upper level is not soundproofed from the lower level.
- The fireplace in the living room is a furnishing accessory and CANNOT be used.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax.

- From Rome Ciampino Airport you can reach the apartment in about an hour, taking a shuttle to Ciampino station; from there a train to Roma Termini station and, finally, Bus 64 to "Corso Vittorio Emanuele/Navona".
