In a few minutes by car you can reach the center of Marzamemi and the main attractions of the area.

The apartment is organized as follows:

- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet and bidet;
- GARDEN with access from the living room and bedroom.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket Wifi with limited gigabytes, hot/cold air conditioning (split in the living room and bedroom), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.

ATTENTION:
- The pool is accessible from June to October 15th, weather permitting, excluding cleaning and maintenance days. Opening hours are from 7:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. Respect for the internal pool regulations is required.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Siracusa Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from 8 December to 23 March.

Check-in will be in self check-in online mode, completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected free of charge via keybox on site.
In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 22:00.

If you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with the payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: euro 15.00;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: euro 25.00.

The exclusive Borgo 84 residence, which hosts our accommodation, is located just 3 km from the center of Marzamemi, one of the most evocative seaside villages in Sicily. Famous for its authentic atmosphere, picturesque colored houses and the scent of the sea, Marzamemi fascinates visitors with the historic Tonnara, today surrounded by typical restaurants, artisan shops and welcoming places.
Among the places not to be missed are Piazza Regina Margherita, the Church of San Francesco di Paola and the characteristic marina, perfect for admiring the sunset and enjoying delicious fresh fish.
Near the residence there are some of the most beautiful beaches on the south-eastern coast of Sicily, with crystal clear waters and breathtaking landscapes: among these, the Spinazza Beach, the Portopalo Beach (Capo Passero) and the renowned San Lorenzo Beach.
