Lovely two-room apartment in a trullo with a hot tub, perfect for two people and located in Borgo Lucia, a complex with a large shared garden equipped with a swimming pool, parking and a large patio with tables and chairs. The accommodation, surrounded by greenery, is located in Selva di Fasano, a quiet and green hillside hamlet of the municipality of the same name, 4 km from the center of Fasano and a 5-minute drive from the renowned Zoosafari. The sea and the wonderful beaches of Savelletri are less than 20 minutes away by car!

The 47 m2 accommodation is located on the ground floor of a trullo, with an independent entrance from the garden (1 step to access) and is composed as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle and traditional oven
- Living area with dining table, armchairs, A/C fan coil and smart TV
- Bedroom with double bed, open wardrobe and A/C fan coil
- Small relaxation room with sofas
- Toilet with wc, bidet, hydromassage tub and shower box.

Additional services available to guests: umbrella, table and chairs x2 at the entrance of the accommodation, UNLIMITED WIFI, heating via fan coil, safe, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

The garden, shared with the entire villa and shared with other guests, is equipped with:
- Outdoor swimming pool open from from April to October (three steps to access it) equipped with hammock, sunbeds and umbrellas
- Patio equipped with tables and chairs
- Relaxation area with sofas.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
- 1 uncovered parking space available inside the gate, in the parking lot of the structure
- The garden is under video surveillance for security reasons, therefore we would like to point out the presence of cameras in the common outdoor areas
- Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit in cash of 50eur for the use of the keycard and towels
- Towels and bath towels cannot be used outside the structure
- The property is not suitable for children under 15 years of age.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Fasano.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

La Selva di Fasano is a hamlet of the Municipality of Fasano, 6 km from the center, located about 420 m above sea level, the maximum altitude in the province of Brindisi. Quiet and green, La Selva offers splendid panoramic views from the top of the slope of the Murge, and boasts a great naturalistic treasure, from the Mediterranean scrub to the nearby sea, from the trulli to the caves. The heart of the hamlet is the characteristic trullo-shaped church, on Via Toledo, near the Casina Municipale, a venue for meetings, initiatives and cultural events. The renowned Fasano zoo, among the largest in Europe, is not to be missed.
The accommodation is located in a quiet area, a few kilometers from the center of Fasano and just 5 minutes by car from the Zoosafari. Essential services such as bars, pharmacies and supermarkets are within 10 minutes by car.
