Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from 8 November to 7 April.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.

- From Rome Termini Station the property is 20 minutes by Taxi, 30 by bus, taking line H to the Foro Olitorio stop and continuing on foot for 10 minutes.

- From Rome Tiburtina Station you can reach the apartment in 25 minutes by Taxi, or in 35 minutes by metro B, getting off at the Circo Massimo stop and continuing on foot for 10 minutes.
