- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds (one of which is foldaway) and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet;

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of ignition and the daily duration of ignition depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22nd to March 23rd.

N.B. completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

In case of unconventional use of extra linen, EUR 15 will be charged for each linen kit used.
