The interior space is organized as follows:

- DINING AREA with dining table and chairs, wardrobe, TV;
- SLEEPING AREA with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed (one of which is a foldaway bed) and split air conditioning;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, moka pot, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils;
- BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:
Unlimited WiFi, central heating, split air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, hairdryer, hair dryer iron and ironing board and hangers.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Building has an elevator, but there are steps to access it;

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:
* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro. We are unable to check in after 11pm.
