A cozy studio apartment with a balcony and kitchenette—perfect for two—located within the Campoverde Residence in Vernole, set in a Mediterranean pine forest between San Cataldo and the Le Cesine Nature Reserve. The property is just a short distance from the sea, with the beach accessible via a shady path in just a few minutes' walk. Campoverde also serves as an ideal base for exploring the Salento coast: Lecce is approximately 12 km away, Torre dell’Orso 15 km, and Otranto 30 km.

This 35 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and is laid out as follows:

- KITCHENETTE equipped with electric burns, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot and traditional oven
- LIVING AREA with TV and dining table
- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed (made up of two joined single beds), wardrobe and split A/C
- BATHROOM equipped with wc, sink, bidet and shower
- BALCONY furnished with a table and two chairs.

An uncovered parking space within the residential complex is available.

Additional amenities for guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, hairdryer, drying rack, and iron with ironing board.
Towels and bed linen are included (optional changes available for an extra fee).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The keys to the entrance door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

After 9:30 pm, check-in directly in the apartment is available with the following supplements:

- From 11:00 pm to 12:00 am - Euro 30.00
- From 12:00 pm to 1:30 am - Euro 40.00
