A cozy 75 sqm apartment located just steps from Bologna Central Station. Located on the ground floor of a 1970s building, it can accommodate up to five people with a double bedroom and a second bedroom with three single beds.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. Its central location provides easy access to the historic center, public transportation, and the city's main amenities.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, and the entrance is accessible via a short flight of stairs.
Please note that parking is not permitted in the condominium courtyard, especially in the spaces marked with yellow lines.

The space is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM I with double bed, bed linens, towels, desk, wardrobe, Smart TV, and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with three single beds, bed linens, wardrobe, Smart TV, and split A/C;
- EAT-IN KITCHEN complete with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, traditional moka pot, and kitchen utensils, a dining table, and a Smart TV.
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, and washing machine with integrated dryer.
FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split in the living room, bedrooms, and dining area), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and a washing machine and dryer integrated in the bathroom.
Cots and cribs are available upon request at the time of booking and for a fee.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 -6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Getting around
To reach the city center, shuttle bus A is available from the Liber Paradisus stop, with a journey time of approximately 13 minutes.
To get to the Fiera, you can take bus 35, get off at the Sacro Cuore stop, and walk for about 500 meters.
For the Tecnopolo fieristico, we recommend bus 34 from the Casa della Salute Navile stop; get off at the CNR stop and walk for about 7 minutes.
Excellent connections:
Bologna Central Station is just a 5-minute walk away (500 meters), while the bus station is about 13 minutes away (900 meters).
Guglielmo Marconi Airport is easily reached via the Marconi Express train from the central station, arriving at the Bologna Aeroporto stop in just 7 minutes. Alternatively, the journey by car is about 20 minutes (8.6 km).
