Recently renovated, the three-room apartment offers all the comforts of home, in the typical architectural style of elegant 1940s Italian buildings. Upon entering, you'll find the living room with a magnificent 1960s Swedish-style bookcase, a dining area with sofas and a smart TV, and access to the balcony. The hallway leads to the kitchen, equipped with all the appliances: an espresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator. The kitchen is a comfortable place to eat. To the left of the kitchen is the bathroom, with an anteroom separated by a door to allow two people to use the bathroom at the same time. The anteroom has a large sink and a large mirror, while the second part of the bathroom has a new shower stall, bathtub, bidet, and toilet. The double bedroom is welcoming and quiet, elegantly and simply furnished; a large closet provides space for all guests' clothes, and there's also a chest of drawers available. The closet also serves as a laundry area, equipped with a washing machine and allowing guests to change shoes as soon as they enter. The living room can accommodate a double sofa bed and a large sofa bed for a fifth guest.
