A modern 120 sqm apt located on the third floor of a period building, it is equipped with every comfort to comfortably host two adults and a child.
The apartment is located in a centrally located area (ZTL in Italian), less than 160 mt from Torresotto di Porta Nuova, in a neighborhood characterized by arcaded streets and historic buildings. It is also just steps from the Church of San Salvatore and the central pedestrian area, lined with traditional restaurants, trattorias, and shopping streets.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a period building with an elevator (6 steps to access).

The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon your arrival.

The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed, dining table, TV, and split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine with pods, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed, clothes rack, wardrobe, mirror, and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, split air conditioning (only in the living room and bedroom), independent heating, washing machine with dryer (near the bathroom), clothesline, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

High chair available upon request and subject to availability.

Cots and cribs for children are available upon request.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL in Italian);
- The apartment is suitable for two adults and one child up to 12 years old;

All identity documents of guests must be presented upon arrival as required by Italian law.

The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon your arrival.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 -6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The hilly areas of Villa Ghigi and San Luca are exceptional for admiring breathtaking views of Bologna and relaxing in nature.

- Piazza Maggiore: 5 minutes on foot;
- Basilica of San Petronio: 5 minutes on foot;
- Via dell'Indipendenza (shopping street): 11 minutes on foot;
- Two Towers: 11 minutes on foot;
- Bologna Fiere: 29 minutes by public transportation.

All essential services are within easy reach: bars, pharmacies, and supermarkets are all within 200 meters.

- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: You can take bus No. 25 to the "Ugo Bassi" stop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

- FROM THE AIRPORT: You can reach the apartment with the Marconi Express service from the airport to the central station, from which you can take bus line 25 towards Deposito Due Madonne 2 to reach the "Ugo Bassi" stop, a 1-minute walk from the apartment.

- IF YOU'RE TRAVELING BY CAR: PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and cannot be reached by car. A day pass is required, provided by Autorimessa San Felice. We also recommend the Autorimessa San Felice car park, an 8-minute walk from the apartment.
