- PRIVATE GARDEN serving the entire property with outdoor tables and chairs, sun loungers, shower (with hot water too) and BBQ.

Guests can park their vehicles inside the courtyard, immediately after the entrance gate.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Both accommodations have some internal steps: be careful if you are traveling with children.
- The fireplace in the living room of the trullo is a piece of furniture and CANNOT be used.
- The washing machine is only present in the trullo.
- The bathroom of the apartment does not have a bidet.
- The bedroom of the trullo is NOT separated by a door from the living room.
- For those who wish to use the BBQ, please note that charcoal is NOT already present in the accommodation; it will therefore need to be purchased at the nearest points of sale.

The property is located a few km from the center of Ostuni, in an authentic rural setting, immersed in the typical landscape of the Apulian countryside, among centuries-old olive groves, dry stone walls and gentle hills. The area is perfect for those seeking tranquility and nature, while remaining just a few minutes' drive from the city.
For those who want to explore Ostuni, the famous "White City" of Puglia, the historic center offers a maze of white alleys adorned with flowers, arches and stairways, dominated by the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta with its Gothic rose window. In Piazza della Libertà there is the Obelisk of Sant'Oronzo and historic churches such as that of San Francesco and of the Holy Spirit. Among the cultural attractions, the Aragonese Walls and the Civic Museum with Messapian and medieval finds also stand out.
There are also beautiful beaches within easy reach: the Ostuni coast, about 15–20 minutes by car from the property, offers a variety of coastlines, from rocky coves to sandy expanses. Among the most famous are Pilone, Rosa Marina, Torre Pozzella and Lido Morelli, many of which are part of the Parco Naturale delle Dune Costiere, which preserves dunes, Mediterranean scrub and clear sea.

To reach the house comfortably, and enjoy all the main attractions of the area, we recommend using a car; you can rent one directly at the airport or in the main neighboring cities.
