Comfortable 100sqm flat located on the fourth floor (with lift), equipped with kitchen, living area, two bathrooms and two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people. A short walk from Lambrate and Udine stations, it is conveniently located to reach the city centre by public transport.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The ignition period and daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from 15 October to 15 April.

The property is located in a quiet and well-connected neighbourhood of Milan, close to the metro Udine (M2) and served by buses, and within walking distance of Lambrate station. Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants and the Lambro Park, ideal for walks. Excellent location for reaching the city centre quickly.

- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the flat by taking bus 973 to Stazione Forlanini. From there take the R34 train and get off at Lambrate Station, which is 11 minutes away from the apartment.
- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the flat by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Milano Cadorna Station, from where you can take the underground (M2) to Lambrate Station, 11 minutes from the flat.
- From Stazione Centrale, you can reach the flat by taking the M2 metro line to Lambrate.
