Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The activation period and daily duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15th to April 15th.
