Cozy apartment of about 40 square meters located on the ground floor with entrance door and windows overlooking the street.
The property is located in a strategic area, a few minutes walk from the "Gerusalemme" and "Domodossola" metro stops (line M5 - Lilac) and from City Life, the largest pedestrian area in Milan.
The location is excellent and just 400m from the house is "il Gattopardo", a trendy place of Milanese nightlife, in addition to the presence of ice cream shops, bars and restaurants!

The apartment is internally organized as follows:

-LIVING AREA with sofa, TV, dining table and kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle and microwave
-BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe
-BATHROOM with bidet and shower box

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:
* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro. We are unable to check in after 11pm.

- From Milan Linate Airport you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 73 towards “Via Gonzaga before Piazza Diaz” from the airport to the stop “Corso di Porta Vittoria 31 after Via Savarè” (14 stops), where you can change to bus no. 19 towards “Stazione Lambrate - Piazza P. Castelli 14” to the stop “Corso Sempione Fronte 65” (19 stops), a 3-minute walk from the property.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express train to Milano Bovisa station, from where you can take the regional train to the stop “Milano Domodossola”, an 8-minute walk from the property.

- From the Central Station you can reach the apartment by metro: M2 from “Caiazzo” to “Garibaldi FS” + M5 from “Garibaldi FS” to “Gerusalemme” FN (6 minutes walk from the apartment) or M3 from “Centrale FS” to “Zara” + M5 from “Zara” to “Gerusalemme” (6 minutes walk from the apartment).

- If you travel by car, parking is not included; however, you can park for a fee at Parking Sempione in Via Corleone 16, 4 minutes walk from the apartment, open 24h.
