- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers (with a fold-down table that can be used as a desk);
- BATHROOM with bathtub with integrated shower, sink, toilet, and bidet;
- TERRACE (access from the living room) with dining table, deckchairs, sofa, chairs and outdoor table.

The property is located a short distance from the center of Tarvisio, very close to the ski lifts and directly on the road from which the Alpe Adria cycle path begins. It is a quiet and well-connected area, perfect as a base for hiking, winter sports, or cycling.

To easily reach the accommodation and fully enjoy all the area's main attractions, we recommend using a car; you can rent one directly at the airport or in the main nearby cities.
