The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, moka pot, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa bed (140x195 cm) and Smart TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed (160x190 cm), wardrobe and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The property does NOT have a lift; there are steps to climb to access the apartment.
- The accommodation is equipped with an 80L electric boiler located in the bathroom.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
