In the city, there are no public bins or recycling centers; instead, door-to-door collection is carried out, so only small amounts of already separated waste can remain inside the house.

Among the most beautiful beaches in the area are the quiet bay of Costa Corallina, perfect for families and snorkeling, and the famous Porto Istana, with shallow waters and white sand. The entire area is part of the Marine Protected Area of ​​Tavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo, a paradise for lovers of the sea and diving.
Also nearby, the Castello di Pedres, the Tomb of the Giants Su Mont'e S'Abe and the Sacred Well Sa Testa are worth a visit, archaeological sites that bear witness to ancient Sardinian history. To reach the house comfortably, and enjoy the main attractions of the area, we recommend using a car. You can rent one directly at the airport or in the main neighboring cities.
